Shipping Method and Time

The Singing Bowl Shop sends all orders by the United States Postal Service. The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are Standard, Priority, and Domestic Overnight. We normally ship the items in one to two business days. The shipping time in the United States will be 3 to 7 days. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping time to countries outside the United States varies. It normally takes 10 to 20 business days. Tracking numbers are not available for orders outside the United States.

International Orders

Import tax or duty might be charged by customs if the singing bowls are shipped to countries other than the United States, and this will paid by the customer. Upon request, we will offer insurance or use other shipping carriers. If there are extra costs, we will contact you.

Order Methods

If you would prefer to order offline, just send us an email with your name, telephone number, and what you would like to order, and we will call and get the rest of your information by phone.

Payment Methods

On-line orders can be paid by credit card, debit card and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards. 

Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.

If you want to pay by money order or cash, please send it to Sylvia Smelcer at 8711 Burnet Rd. Suite F-68 Austin, TX 78757. Please leave us a note with your item  numbers.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any singing bowls in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). It normally takes two weeks for the singing bowls to reach you if they are on backorder.
